my combi boiler shuts down when i use the shower – but oly when the central heating is on at the same time… it’s contolled by a thermostatic shower/bath valve on a direct feed from the boiler (ie: no pump).. boiler is a C&M MX2.. grateful for any ideas on what the problem can be? thanks

This is probably due to lack of water passing through the system. Most boilers automaticly cut out when there is a lack of H20 to prevent damage and overheating. Just a suggestion hope it helps

i have a basmor boiler model 1005pwxna with a serial number of b64-1100 and i need parts for it . where can i find parts at

the exact model is potterton promax combi 28 he plus is it better to get an electric or mixer shower would a combi boiler shower be better?

Thermostatic mixer shower. Your boiler provides a good flow rate-no need for an electric shower.
