beckett oil burner AFG boiler cycles but at a period of time locks out on safety when attempt to restart it?

acts like it has a clogged nozzle on 2nd restart attempt boiler starts with a black smoke then runs normally for about 10 to 12 hours then goes into safety mode procedure starts all over again where should I look for the problem all the parts are new

take a close look at the transformer. it sounds like it is breaking down when it gets hot. be very carefull thoughs things can kill you
