friday morning i have reported it to the agent.plumber came out and has said he cannot get part until monday. i have a 10 month old baby to care for. can the agent/landlord leave me with out heating and hot water for this long by law. to me this is unreasonable.the agent would do nothing. what should i do?
Since I highly doubt that you signed a 3 years lease when you first moved in, then WHY do you stay there and keep renewing your lease if it is a problem??? MOVE OUT and quit renewing the lease!

What do you expect him to do ? Put in a new boiler so you can have water constantly ? NOT going to happen. You will be without hot water for the weekend, and that’s not any sort of crisis. I trust you have a range and a pot in which you can heat water temporarily.

yes they can take a couple of days to fix something. some things cannot be fixed immediately.
i would not tolerate this kind of crap and buy your own place immediately. then you can control when repairs are made.
