problem with a ‘froststat’ on an oil-fired central heating boiler ?

I have a Trianco Eurostar boiler, and I think the froststat is set too high, as it comes on when its not needed. How is it adjusted?

Sounds like you have your internal thermostat set too high. It monitors the temperature of the water that is circulating in your boiler, you will have to find that and turn it down a little, it’ll be graduated in degrees centigrade.

how much to install central air in a home that currently has a boiler?
