looking at getting an Electric boiler, any suggestions on type?
i own a small studio flat, looking at getting about 5 rads fitted on a wet sytem, currently running hot water via cylinder in cuboard and cold water from loft tank directly above, so really poor water pressure.
Really looking at getting best value for money and how much it might cost to get the work done.
Thanks,
W
Hi BOTY.
Turdy spelt it out perfectly for you.
Electric Boilers do cost more to run…..but.
They don’t have to be serviced every year.
They are completely silent.
You can fit them anywhere in the house.
No flue is needed.
They won’t blow up and flatten the neighbourhood.
You won’t be killed by CO. fumes.
They don’t go wrong.
They are ideal for small flats.
As for cost, the only answer is to get three estimates from reputable companies.
You are definitely on the right track.
Make sure that you go for the economy 10 option.
