    i reckon it was too …
    i reckon it was too old to be economically feasible to upgrade this utility building rather than destroy it and replace it with a better more reliable electrical station. but i don’t know for sure. i can’t find the info. i was just thinking how funny we houstonians must look wearing coats and shorts. LOL in January. :D
