whether Instant electric geyser is good or ordinary electric boiler is good?

I want to know whether instant electric geyser is safe and economic or ordinary Steel drum with electric coil is good and economic

Instant electrical geysers are better than Ordinary Electric Boiler since they consume electricity only for the amount of water to be consumed directly and not heating up a whole lot of water. But if you wish to use IEG for bathing purpose I would suggest you to opt for OEB, and if it is in kitchen IEG is better.

What sort of shower is best for use with my new potterton promax condensing combi boiler mixer or electric?

    2. The products with ISI marks Instant electric geyser is almost safe
3.Heat loss is more in steel drum with coil fitted inside due to large exposed surface of the drum and the escaping steam carrying away latent heat as well.

These days you get instant geysers with mini-boilers, say 1 litre or 2 litres. There is wastage of heated water in this, unlike the big boiler type geysers.
