does the boiler scrapage scheme only apply to gas boilers as I have oil?

I have an old oil boiler for my central heating which is in need of change I see the U.K. government has offered a boiler scrap age scheme to help with the cost of a new energy efficient boiler does this only apply to a gas boiler as know one seems to know if an oil boiler is also included in the scheme.

I found an article about it:

Basically they say a Gas Boiler 15 years old or older, or oil boiler 25 years old or older.

Good luck!

Is it safe to have exposed electrical wiring in close proximity to a gas boiler?
