PostHeaderIcon Does this seem like a good heating system?

I’ve talked with 5 people about a new heating/cooling system, and have narrowed it down to 2 guys. Both gave me a quote for a hydro-air system.
Just regarding the boilers, are the following two fairly equivalent:
1) Weil Mclain Boiler Ultra 92% – 98%
2) 93% Efficiency Munchkin Contender wall hung boiler

Other pieces of equipment in the quote we are favoring (goes with the munchkin) … any opinion on these? Decent equipment? Note: this is a two story, 2200 sq ft home in South Eastern MA.

Two 20ton First Co hydro air handlers
Two 16 SEER, 410-a refrigerant goodman heat pump condensers
One 60gal superstore stainless steel hot water storage tank
Two 2-stage robertShaw programmable t/stats

Any questions I might be forgetting to ask? I’m in shock at the prices, and it’s hard to know the right choice.
Thanks for any opinions / advice!
The Munchkin Boiler with all the other pieces listed is $24k. The other, including the weil MacClein boiler is $28000. Not sure of all the other pieces of equipment, but "First Company" was also mentioned.
We are getting the heat pumps because they aren’ tmuch more than just the AC units. I suspect most of the winter they wouldn’t be in use, unless its a mild winter.
Not sure if it matters, but we have propane.
Would a different type of hot water heater be better? Just one totally seperate from the boiler?

The price of both units would be nice to know?

Weil McLain, I’ve heard of, Munchkin, I haven’t.
That hot water tank suggests that you’ll be running the boiler to
    make hot water.
This generally isn’t very efficient regardless of boiler efficiency.
Is the boiler intended as back-up to those heat pumps?
