    1st thing, do you …
1st thing, do you have any manuals? I’m not sure what “reseted through the valve” means….give me a walk-through. something like, blower starts and runs for 15 seconds, then slows down, the green light comes on, it runs for about X long and there is a rumble but the boiler keeps firing…..something that describes more detailed what is happening. I will try to help.

    sorry the last line …
sorry the last line should read:

I am handy and was able to control the rumbling but it needs to constantly be reseted through the valve

Thanks for any help or hints you may have

    how can someone set …
how can someone set the high and low temps?

I have a Munchkin installed back in 2005. Great machine till the rumbling starts. I have three zones. One main (radiators) ,one hot water, one basement (panel boards).

    I am handy and plaed

    wow I wasn’t …
wow I wasn’t expecting a comment. I posted this for the factory to check out. What I found was on certain serial #’s, there was a “swirl plate” type piece that needed to be added between the blower/gas valve. It fixed the issue. It happens on certain 399Munchkins about 2 yrs. old now (10-9-08).

    Improper gas …
    Improper gas pressure?
