		<description>It is a decent way but you can do better. Instead of putting in a cast iron boiler, put in a combi unit. They are more efficient and will save you money with a demand water heater. 		<description>I have the same situation. Had the furnace and indirect fired h/w heater installed. Best thing I could have done. Without the separate h/w heater, the furnace/boiler only has a few gallon reserve.

Prior to the new system, I had to put the heat on to heat up the baseboards so I could take a shower. Even in the summer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Personal experience.</description>
