if your looking to use wood as a heating fuel then you should look into an outdoor wood furnace and you can use your forced air system as all you’ll need is to insert a coil in the duct work and it will work from you exciting thermostat, I used to sell and install Heatmore outdoor wood furnace’s and they where great, most of the time you get a 12+ hr burn on one load and your house will stay at what ever you set your thermostat, no smoke, wood mess, ash mess or smell in the home.
which is more cost effective indoor wood boiler or hot water boiler , i already have gas furnace central?
